Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Delivery:
The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days), Second Day (2 business days), Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day, Next Day or Same Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we do not ship to Canada or other international addresses with the exception of APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Standard Ground:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery.
Second Day:
Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am ET on a business day and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am ET have no guarantee of being delivered in 2 business days and may take an additional business day. All orders must have a valid street address. Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. We make no guarantees orders placed by customers in Alaska or Hawaii will receive their packages in 2 business days.
Next Day:
Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am ET on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00am ET have no guarantee of being delivered in 1 business day and may take an additional business day. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. We make no guarantees orders placed by customers in Alaska or Hawaii will receive their packages in 1 business day.
Same Day:
Same Day delivery is not a shipping service we currently offer.
Shipping Rates:
All shipping rates are calculated based on the physical characteristics of the order and current shipping rates of the chosen carrier at the time your order is placed.
Signature Confirmation:
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make delivery attempts according to their internal policies. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature or signature release.
Order Payments
We accept payments through Lightspeed Payments. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Lightspeed Payments, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) or debit card is required for payment of all online purchases. Payments are processed via secure server.
