Free Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the United States and its territories. Return your order to us within 7 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
Returns only accepted of products purchased from shop.craftcompany.com or its physical location at 785 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14607. We do not accept returns from 3rd party sellers.
After 7 days, if the product has not been used, we will be able to offer store credit only.
