Without a mouth, the Luna Moth has a lifespan of only about a week. It’s sole purpose to reproduce. It amazes me that the Luna Moth has the ability to continue on throughout the years. When you see one in person, recognize that it is a unique gift to be witness to its short time here. And may we be reminded of the gift we are given each day, to be witness to our own precious lives and those around us.
