My husband and I honeymooned in Maine almost 12 years ago, and then we were able to bring our 2 kids there a couple years ago. Which was amazing and surreal. First trip was filled with checking out antique shops, cafes, bed and breakfasts, historic spots and galleries... second time around was filled with arcades, carnival rides, sandcastles and whoopie pies.
