This piece is made by hand from fresh fruits, vegetables, and leaves that have been cured, aged, dried, and pressed.  Transformed into thin translucent sheets in a 14-16 day process, they are then fused to recycled glass. All the colors, textures, and irregularities are natural parts of the fruit. The bowl is then fully sealed with a sturdy, waterproof food-safe glaze. Handwash or wipe with a damp cloth, but Do Not Soak. Not intended for hot foods or liquids. Perfect for nuts, crackers, bread, chips, cookies, cheese, candy, and other such foods. Also suitable as a display piece or to hold jewelry, keys, candles, or coins.
